Just a small addition: when entering credit card information, you can also put in in a fake USA address, since only CC names and numbers are being validated (not the actual address).
This bypasses the Entropy solution, and saves you 5% in the process.
I am not sure whether this is entirely legal, but everyone gets paid, so no harm done.
